This jobis located in ATLANTA GAJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager in ATLANTA GA to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the kitchen and food preparation, and maintaining overall hospitality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service. Duties:- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management- Manage and train staff members, including assistant managers and kitchen staff- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the establishment- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures -Inventory Management -Scheduling Experience:- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a fast casual restaurant or culinary setting. Asian restaurant experience is a plus.- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Skills:- Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction- Kitchen: Knowledge of food preparation techniques, quality control, and inventory management- Hospitality management: Experience in overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations- Assistant manager: Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably as an assistant manager- Kitchen management: Ability to manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and quality control- Food service management: Knowledge of food service industry practices, including cost control measures- Culinary: Understanding of culinary principles and practices We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
